Riverside, CA (January 8, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious multi-vehicle collision on Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of Lincoln Ave and Adams St in Riverside, where three individuals were injured, and one was reported trapped, according to dispatch audio from Riverside City Fire.
The crash occurred around 12:06 p.m. on January 6 and involved a gray Chevy SUV and a black Ford truck. Officials on scene reported that the driver of the truck was unable to exit the vehicle and required assistance. Emergency responders confirmed that at least one person was trapped, and three individuals in total sustained injuries.
Rescue personnel initiated extrication efforts and began triage and treatment. The roadway west of Adams St was closed temporarily to allow emergency units and ambulances to access the scene safely.
