San Bernardino, CA (January 16, 2026) – A 33-year-old Los Angeles man, identified as Cardale Boone, tragically lost his life in a fatal crash late on Saturday night in San Bernardino, according to information released by the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on January 10, near the intersection of Little Mountain Dr and 30th St. CHP officers responded to the scene following reports of a serious traffic collision involving at least one vehicle.
When first responders arrived, they located Mr. Boone and confirmed that he had sustained fatal injuries in the crash. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Officials have not confirmed whether additional vehicles were involved, and no other injuries were reported.
The roadway was closed temporarily as officers worked to secure the scene and initiate an investigation. Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash, and no contributing factors, such as speed, impairment, or roadway conditions, have been publicly identified.
