Sebastopol, CA (January 8, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision caused injuries and traffic delays on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Cnopius Rd and State Route 116, just south of the highway in the Sebastopol area. The crash involved a Toyota Highlander and a Subaru Forester.
Officials reported the incident shortly after 1:15 p.m. and confirmed that both vehicles sustained damage and required towing. Occidental Tow was contacted to remove both cars from the scene, with an estimated response time of 30 minutes.
Emergency medical personnel responded and provided aid for what were described as minor injuries. Both parties were evaluated at the scene, and no serious injuries were immediately reported. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Authorities temporarily managed traffic while clearing the intersection, and normal flow resumed shortly thereafter.
