How Forklift-Related Warehouse Injuries Commonly Occur
Forklift incidents in warehouse settings often happen in areas with heavy storage activity and frequent equipment movement. Limited visibility around racks and tight operating spaces can increase the risk of workers becoming pinned or struck.
These environments require careful coordination between equipment operators and ground workers. Sudden movements, blocked sightlines, or miscommunication can contribute to serious injuries.
When a worker becomes trapped, emergency responders may need specialized rescue techniques to safely free the individual. Quick response is critical in reducing the severity of injuries in these situations.
