Tucson, AZ (January 21, 2026) – A crash involving injuries was reported early on Wednesday morning at the intersection of E Sunrise Dr and N Via Palomita in northeast Tucson, prompting a medical response before sunrise.
The accident occurred at approximately 5:58 a.m., in a residential and commuter-heavy corridor near the Catalina Foothills area. Emergency responders arrived shortly after to assist at least one individual who sustained injuries in the incident. Medical personnel provided on-site treatment while police worked to secure the area.
