Florence County, SC (July 15, 2026) – At least two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at U.S. Highway 378 and Pamplico Highway on Monday, July 13. Emergency units were dispatched to the Hannah community intersection at approximately 4:45 p.m.
Initial information indicated that one vehicle had overturned and that an occupant had been ejected. Crews found two patients upon arrival and began providing medical care.
Additional medical personnel assisted with treatment and transported the injured to hospitals.
U.S. Highway 378 was closed in both directions while the roadway was cleared and examined.
Authorities continue working to determine what led to the accident. We hope both patients make a full recovery.
