Milpitas, CA (August 12, 2026) – A two-vehicle traffic collision was reported on northbound Interstate 680 just south of Calaveras Rd in Milpitas on Monday, August 10.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white BMW sedan collided with a gray Jeep Cherokee and another unidentified vehicle. A blue minivan was also reported blocking a lane.
One vehicle was disabled and blocking the middle lane, while fire personnel were reported blocking lanes 1 and 2. A tow truck was requested for the white BMW and other vehicles involved.
By approximately 3:10 p.m., all lanes were reported clear and the California Highway Patrol had closed its incident.
