Oshtemo Township, MI (June 22, 2026) – The police are investigating a fatal collision that claimed the life of a pedestrian after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Oshtemo Township.
The crash happened around 4:35 a.m. on June 20, in the area of West Main Street and North Drake Road, according to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office. EMS and Fire Units responded to the scene after reports of a pedestrian being struck.
The victim, a 38-year-old man, was transported to a hospital with critical injuries. He later died from those injuries, deputies said.
