The incident occurred around 10:38 p.m. on a highway near the park, prompting a large-scale emergency response. Fire crews confirmed that the patient had been extricated from the vehicle prior to the arrival of a medical helicopter. A landing zone was established at Constitution Park to facilitate the airlift.
