Akron, OH (January 8, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Wednesday evening to a vehicle crash with reported injuries near the intersection of 7th St SW and Florida Ave in Akron.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:02 p.m. on January 7. According to dispatch audio, units including Med Ten and Tower Ten were sent to the scene to assist following reports of an accident involving injuries. The crash happened near the South Alley between 7th St SW and Florida Ave, a residential area with moderate evening traffic.
First responders evaluated individuals involved in the collision, and injuries were confirmed at the scene. While the extent of those injuries has not been released, emergency medical care was rendered promptly.
