Baltimore, MD (January 19, 2026) – A driver sustained leg injuries and became trapped inside their vehicle following a crash on an icy hill near East Cold Spring Lane and Overland Avenue on January 18. The incident drew a full emergency response from fire and rescue units amid worsening road conditions.
According to dispatch communications, the single-vehicle accident occurred during the late afternoon as icy conditions made travel dangerous in the area. Rescue personnel worked to safely extricate the occupant from the vehicle while police assisted with traffic control around the crash scene.
