How Rear-End Crashes on Highways Can Cause Serious Injuries
Rear-end crashes on highways can cause serious injuries because vehicles are often moving at higher speeds. The force of impact may push one vehicle forward suddenly, causing harm to the head, neck, back, or chest.
These crashes can also create added danger when traffic continues moving nearby. Damaged vehicles may block lanes, and drivers approaching the scene may need to slow quickly.
Highway crash reviews often include vehicle damage, road position, traffic speed, and weather or lighting conditions. Medical reports may also help show how the crash affected those involved.
