Chicago, IL (January 14, 2026) – A vehicle crash resulting in injuries was reported Tuesday night near the intersection of S Lake Shore Dr and Fullerton Ave, prompting an emergency response from the 18th District.
Initial dispatch communications indicated that the crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. on January 13. A unit from the 3200 series was first to arrive at the scene, confirming the presence of at least one injured person. A truck identified as 44 was also seen remaining in the area, offering additional support during the early response phase.
