Why Construction Equipment Accidents Can Be Severe
Construction lift incidents can be especially dangerous due to the size and weight of the equipment involved. When heavy machinery overturns, workers nearby may be exposed to crushing hazards or sudden impact injuries.
Job sites in active roadways or urban areas can also increase risk due to limited space and nearby traffic. Stability, ground conditions, and equipment operation all play a role in preventing such accidents.
Safety protocols such as proper training, secure positioning, and routine equipment checks are used to reduce the risk of overturns and other serious construction-related incidents.
