Las Vegas, NV (July 14, 2026) – A pedestrian lost his life in an early morning hit-and-run along Craig Road at Jones Boulevard in northwest Las Vegas on Monday, July 13. The fatal collision was reported at approximately 12:37 a.m.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the man was crossing Craig Road when a dark-colored SUV struck him and continued eastbound without stopping to remain at the scene or notify law enforcement.
Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released. Investigators are continuing to search for the SUV and its driver while working to determine all of the circumstances surrounding the hit-and-run.
