Brantley, AL (June 30, 2026) – A 59-year-old Enterprise man died, and two others were hurt in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Alabama 189 and Crenshaw County 43, approximately six miles southeast of Brantley, early on Sunday, June 28.
Juan Lopez Martinez was a passenger in a van when an SUV struck it around 5:20 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV and the driver of the van were both injured in the crash. Each was taken to a hospital for treatment. No further details about their injuries were included in the initial report on the accident.
