What Risks Are Associated with Emergency Vehicle Movements?
Roads like Broad Street near fire stations often see emergency vehicles entering traffic quickly. These movements can create sudden changes in speed and direction as crews respond to urgent situations.
Vehicles such as fire trucks may carry multiple occupants, and safety inside the vehicle depends on proper seating and secure positioning. Sudden turns or movements can increase the risk of injury if conditions are not stable.
Traffic conditions around stations can also play a role. Busy streets or limited space may require careful maneuvering when emergency vehicles enter the roadway.
