Golden, CO (April 23, 2026) – A 55-year-old motorcyclist died following a crash on Tuesday afternoon on Hwy 93 near Golden.
The collision occurred around 3:48 p.m. and involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck west of Arvada. Emergency units responded to the scene, and the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Northbound lanes of Hwy 93 were closed for several hours between 64th Ave and 82nd Ave while crews worked at the scene. The roadway has since reopened to traffic.
