The incident occurred at approximately 12:35 a.m., prompting a rapid response from Indianapolis Fire Department units, EMS, and law enforcement officers.
According to initial reports, the injured man was located at a Taco Bell, where he informed responders that he had been hit by a truck at a different location. Medics evaluated the victim on scene and noted complaints of elbow and foot pain.
