Kennewick, WA (April 19, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision caused traffic disruptions Sunday afternoon, April 19, at the intersection of West Clearwater Avenue and North Edison Street in Kennewick. The crash occurred at approximately 1:31 p.m. and involved a blue Ford Explorer and a silver Dodge Journey.
Emergency units responded to the scene where both vehicles were found blocking the roadway. Airbags deployed in the impact, but no major injuries were reported.
Officials said one adult woman was evaluated at the scene for minor leg pain. She did not require immediate transport to a hospital.
Westbound Clearwater Ave was closed following the crash, with traffic diverted north and south at Edison Street while crews worked to clear the scene and investigate the incident.
