Louisville, KY (January 26, 2026) – A traffic collision near the Portland neighborhood on Sunday night led to an emergency response and reports of at least one person down near the scene. The crash occurred on January 25 near the intersection of Portland Avenue and North 19th Street. Units from local fire and EMS services responded after the incident was marked as a “Code 119,” signaling a confirmed vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, crews pressed a “Code 1,” indicating the presence of injury. While the total number of vehicles involved is unclear, emergency communications referenced one person reportedly down, and responders were actively assisting on site.
