Oakland, CA (January 2, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early on Monday morning to a hit-and-run collision with injuries near 17th St in Oakland, according to dispatch reports from Alameda County EMS.

The crash was reported at approximately 2:27 a.m. and involved at least one injured individual. Emergency responders were dispatched Code 3 to the scene and assessed the need for possible extrication, though details remained limited as the situation was still being evaluated.
