Oklahoma City, OK (January 14, 2026) – An early morning vehicle crash resulted in injuries Monday near the 8000 block of N Lake Hefner Blvd in northwest Oklahoma City. The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m., prompting a response from Engine 3 and Rescue Ladder 30.
Crews arrived to find a damaged vehicle and at least one person requiring medical assistance. Paramedics treated the injured at the scene, and additional transport to a medical facility was arranged as needed. Officials have not yet confirmed the number of people involved or the severity of injuries.
Traffic in the area was briefly impacted while first responders secured the scene and cleared debris from the roadway. Lake Hefner Blvd, which serves as a major commuter route during morning hours, returned to normal flow shortly after the crash site was cleared.
