Las Vegas, NV (August 25, 2026) – A pedestrian was critically hurt Sunday night, August 23, after a gray sedan struck her near the intersection of S. Nellis Blvd and E. Twain Ave.
The hit-and-run occurred around 9:15 p.m. as the woman was crossing Nellis Blvd in or next to a marked crosswalk. The sedan was traveling south when it hit the pedestrian and then left the area.
The woman was taken to Sunrise Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle was described as a gray sedan with damage to its front portion and windshield.
The driver remained at large following the accident.
The investigation into the hit-and-run remains underway as authorities work to identify the driver.
