San Antonio, TX (June 29, 2026) – An 18-year-old man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Saturday night, June 27, in the 6600 block of Commerce St in San Antonio. The crash occurred shortly before 11 p.m.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the man was walking across the roadway when he was struck by a white truck. The driver fled the scene without stopping to render aid. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities have not announced any arrests.
The hit-and-run remains under investigation as officers work to identify the driver involved.
