Portland, OR (January 15, 2026) – A traffic collision resulting in injuries was reported Wednesday in the Centennial Community Association area of Portland, near the intersection of SE 148th Avenue and SE Stark Street.
Emergency crews responded to the scene after receiving reports of a crash involving multiple vehicles. Upon arrival, responders located injured individuals and began providing medical assistance. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. The extent of injuries has not yet been released.
The intersection at SE 148th Ave and SE Stark St was partially blocked as first responders worked to assess the scene and manage traffic. This area of East Portland is known for frequent commuter activity and has seen several recent incidents.
Officials are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and whether any contributing factors such as speed or visibility played a role.
