What Makes Bicycle and Vehicle Collisions Particularly Risky
Bicyclists are more vulnerable on the road because they lack the protection afforded to drivers in vehicles. Even low-speed impacts can result in injuries.
Intersections can be especially hazardous, as both cyclists and drivers must navigate crossings and turning movements.
Staying alert, following traffic signals, and maintaining safe distances can help reduce the risk of these types of crashes.
