San Francisco, CA (January 4, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious two-vehicle crash that left multiple people injured in the Mission Terrace neighborhood of San Francisco. The incident occurred around 5:37 p.m. at the intersection of Mission Street and Onondaga Avenue.
First responders, including officers from the San Francisco Police Department and paramedics, arrived on the scene and located two damaged vehicles involved in the collision. Authorities confirmed that a total of 12 individuals were affected by the crash. Four of the victims sustained injuries requiring transportation to a nearby hospital. According to officials, their injuries were considered non-life-threatening. The remaining eight individuals were evaluated and treated at the scene by paramedics.
The crash prompted a significant response due to the number of people involved and the location along one of the city’s busier corridors during evening hours. Fortunately, early investigations indicate that impairment from drugs or alcohol was not a factor in the collision.
