St. Clair County, IL (July 16, 2026) – Two people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle collision temporarily shut down eastbound Interstate 64 near MidAmerica St. Louis Airport on Wednesday, July 15.
According to the Illinois State Police, the crash occurred at milepost 25 in St. Clair County. The collision involved three vehicles and blocked all eastbound lanes while emergency crews responded.
