We extend our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
Failure to Stop Can Lead to Severe Crashes
Crashes caused by failure to stop at intersections are often serious due to crossing traffic moving at full speed. When a vehicle enters a roadway without yielding, it can lead to high-impact collisions with little time for other drivers to react.
These types of crashes can also result in secondary impacts, such as vehicles leaving the roadway and striking nearby structures. Intersections require strict attention to traffic signs and right-of-way rules to reduce the risk of severe or fatal outcomes.
