The collision happened near the entrance of TriHealth Arrow Springs Medical Center in Union Township, just outside Lebanon.
Emergency units responded to the scene at about 3:52 a.m. on Tuesday after reports of a serious crash along the northbound lanes of Ohio 48 at Kingsview Drive. Three vehicles were involved in the incident, causing significant disruption to early morning traffic in the area.
According to officials, three individuals were taken to separate hospitals for treatment following the crash. Their identities and conditions have not been released at this time.
Northbound lanes of Ohio 48 remained closed for more than six hours as crews worked at the scene. The roadway was eventually reopened around 10:30 a.m., restoring traffic flow through the area.
