According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers were dispatched to the intersection of North Great Neck Road and Lynnhaven Drive at approximately 3:37 p.m. after receiving reports of a crash involving entrapment.

Two people were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Authorities later confirmed that both victims were in stable condition.
