Hillsboro, OR (January 15, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic accident involving injuries late Thursday morning near Northwest Scotch Church Road, close to the intersections with Northwest Jackson School Road and Northwest Zion Church Road.
The crash was reported around 9:50 a.m., prompting the dispatch of Truck 5 and AMR 116 to the rural area just north of Hillsboro. Upon arrival, responders located the involved vehicles and began assessing those injured in the collision.
At least one person sustained injuries and received medical treatment at the scene. Further transport to a local hospital may have been necessary, though the full extent of injuries has not yet been confirmed.
The area near NW Scotch Church Rd and its cross streets experienced temporary delays as responders worked to clear the roadway and investigate the cause of the crash. This region, known for its narrow rural roads and scenic routes, has seen past incidents where limited visibility and higher speeds played a role.
