Why Motorcycle Crashes Often Result in Severe Outcomes
Motorcycles offer less protection than passenger vehicles, increasing the risk of serious injury in a collision. Even at moderate speeds, impacts can be severe for riders and passengers.
Visibility can also be a factor, as motorcycles are smaller and may be harder for other drivers to notice. Intersections and multi-lane roads can increase these risks.
Wearing protective gear and maintaining awareness of surrounding traffic can help reduce the likelihood of serious incidents.
