What Makes Intentional Vehicle Assault Cases Different From Typical Crashes
Incidents where a vehicle is used intentionally to strike someone are treated as criminal acts rather than traffic accidents.
These cases involve a different type of investigation, often focusing on intent, prior interactions, and witness accounts.
Law enforcement agencies typically pursue more serious charges, reflecting the severity and deliberate nature of the act.
