San Angelo, TX (April 13, 2026) – Three people were injured following a three-vehicle crash near a busy intersection in San Angelo.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, the collision occurred around the 5300 block of Sherwood Way near Houston Harte Frontage Road.
Investigators say a white Chevrolet truck and a tan Ford Explorer were traveling along the frontage road and attempting to make a left turn when a red Buick Enclave ran a red light and collided with them.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and provided aid to those involved. Two occupants from the Buick and the driver of the Chevrolet truck were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. One individual was reportedly seen being taken from the scene on a stretcher.
Authorities cited the driver of the Buick for disregarding a red light, while the driver of the Ford Explorer was cited for not having a valid driver’s license.
Traffic in the area was impacted as crews worked to clear the scene and assist the injured.
