Lake Geneva, WI (January 19, 2026) – An accident involving injuries was reported Sunday at the intersection of Highway 120 and County Road B in Lake Geneva, prompting a multi-agency emergency response.
Lake Geneva Fire & Rescue responded to the scene after reports of a crash involving multiple occupants. Upon arrival, crews confirmed injuries at the scene and requested an additional ambulance to assist with patient care, indicating the presence of more than one injured individual.
Paramedics worked to assess and treat those hurt in the collision, though the number of patients and the severity of injuries have not yet been released. Emergency units remained on-site to provide aid and manage traffic while the scene was cleared.
