Phoenix, AZ (January 25, 2026) – Two pedestrians were injured, one critically, after being struck by a vehicle near the intersection of 27th Avenue and Buckeye Road early Thursday morning, January 22.
The incident occurred shortly before 7:00 a.m., according to the Phoenix Police Department. Emergency crews responded to the scene after receiving reports that two men walking in the area had been hit by a vehicle. Upon arrival, medics provided immediate care to both victims.
One man was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the second victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also taken in for medical treatment. Their current conditions have not been publicly updated.
