Why Roadway Incidents Involving Pedestrians Can Be Difficult to Avoid
Pedestrians in roadways, especially in unexpected locations, can be difficult for drivers to see and react to in time.
Low visibility, distraction, or ongoing emergency situations can further reduce reaction time.
These factors can contribute to tragic outcomes even when drivers are actively navigating urgent conditions.
